Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the basic terms that apply when you use the Morph Solutions website or work with us on digital services.
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging Morph Solutions for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If a signed proposal, statement of work, or contract applies, that document controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Services overview
Morph Solutions provides websites, web apps, software, automation, dashboards, analytics, digital systems, consulting, and related technology services.
The exact services, deliverables, timeline, fees, and responsibilities for a project should be confirmed in a written proposal, invoice, statement of work, or agreement.
Project scope and proposals
A project scope defines what is included and what is not included. Any work outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate, timeline change, or written approval.
Proposals are based on the information available at the time. If requirements change or new complexity is discovered, scope, timing, and pricing may change.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate requirements, content, feedback, credentials, approvals, and access needed for the project.
- Confirm that you have the rights to any materials, data, brand assets, text, images, software, or third-party accounts you provide.
- Review deliverables within the agreed review period.
- Keep your own backups of business data, credentials, and original materials.
Payments and invoices
Payment terms, deposits, milestones, and due dates should be listed in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Late payments may delay work, launch, handover, support, or access to deliverables. Fees already paid may be non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions and approvals
Included revisions should be defined in the project scope. Additional revisions, new features, redesigns, or changes after approval may be billed separately.
Client approval by email, message, signature, or payment may be treated as approval to continue to the next stage.
Timelines and delays
We aim to meet agreed timelines, but schedules depend on timely client feedback, content delivery, approvals, third-party services, and technical dependencies.
Morph Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, third-party outages, changes in scope, or events outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
Client materials remain the property of the client or their licensors. Morph Solutions retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, libraries, know-how, and internal systems.
After full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to final custom deliverables, except for third-party assets, open-source software, licensed tools, and Morph Solutions pre-existing materials.
Portfolio usage
Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, Morph Solutions may reference completed work in its portfolio, case studies, social media, proposals, and sales materials.
We will avoid sharing confidential information, private credentials, or sensitive business data.
Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, APIs, payment processors, analytics platforms, AI tools, app stores, domains, plugins, libraries, and communication tools.
Third-party fees, terms, outages, policy changes, or platform decisions are outside our control unless specifically agreed otherwise.
No guarantee of specific business results
We work to provide professional services and useful digital systems, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, rankings, traffic, conversion rates, operational savings, or other business results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morph Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid to Morph Solutions for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Termination
Either party may end a project according to the applicable proposal or agreement. The client remains responsible for approved work, completed work, expenses, and non-cancelable commitments up to the termination date.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, unless another jurisdiction is specified in a signed agreement between the parties.
