Morph Studio is the creative production section of Morph Solutions. It focuses on AI video production, AI-generated visuals, motion graphics, campaign concepts, storyboards, editing, social media content, and creative production.

When you contact Morph Studio, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, project genre, creative goals, campaign needs, target platforms, message, and other details you choose to share.

We use this information to understand your request, prepare proposals, create concepts, communicate with you, and deliver agreed production services.

Studio contact forms and lab forms may collect contact details, project messages, website links, social media links, business context, and creative direction.

Some forms may also send lead events to Meta/Facebook/Instagram measurement tools when configured.

Client materials may include project briefs, uploaded or linked references, brand assets, logos, images, video clips, website links, social media links, audience details, product information, and creative direction.

We use client materials only to prepare proposals, creative concepts, production work, communication, revisions, approvals, and service delivery.

Where relevant, we may use third-party tools for AI generation, image or video editing, design, hosting, file storage, analytics, email, project management, communication, and campaign measurement.

Only information needed for the service should be shared with those tools. Each third-party tool may have its own terms and privacy practices.

If you contact us through a Meta, Facebook, or Instagram ad, lead form, message, or campaign, we may receive information you submit through that platform.

We may use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure campaign performance and reduce duplicate lead events. We do not use this to sell your personal information.

If you request deletion of certain materials, we will review the request and delete or anonymize materials where reasonably possible, subject to legal, accounting, contractual, backup, or operational needs.

You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to reasonable identity verification and any legal, security, accounting, or contractual retention needs.

You may also ask us to stop contacting you for marketing or follow-up messages.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information and client materials. No online service, AI tool, file transfer, or email system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

Avoid sending highly sensitive or confidential materials unless they are necessary for the project and covered by an appropriate written agreement.

Studio pages may link to third-party websites, social media platforms, portfolio media, booking tools, or production tools. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties.
