Morph Studio
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the basic terms that apply when you use Morph Studio pages or work with us on AI video, visuals, and creative production.
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By using the Morph Studio website pages, submitting an inquiry, using the Studio Lab, or engaging us for creative production services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If a signed proposal, statement of work, or contract applies, that document controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Services overview
Morph Studio provides AI video production, AI-generated visuals, motion graphics, campaign concepts, storyboards, editing, social media content, and creative production.
The exact deliverables, number of concepts, revision rounds, usage rights, fees, and timeline should be confirmed in a written proposal, invoice, statement of work, or agreement.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate briefs, brand assets, product details, references, guidelines, deadlines, approvals, and contact information.
- Confirm that you have the rights and permissions to use any logos, music, footage, images, people, products, claims, references, or third-party materials you provide.
- Review concepts and deliverables within the agreed review period.
- Tell us in writing if any materials, projects, or results must remain confidential.
AI-generated content disclaimer
Some production work may include AI-generated images, video, scripts, storyboards, motion concepts, or other generated assets. AI output can be unpredictable and may require review, editing, correction, or replacement.
The client is responsible for reviewing final deliverables for factual accuracy, brand fit, legal clearance, regulated claims, likeness rights, platform rules, and suitability for the intended use.
Revisions and approvals
Included revisions should be defined in the project scope. Revisions must stay within the approved creative direction unless otherwise agreed.
New concepts, major direction changes, new formats, new scripts, new scenes, or changes after approval may require additional fees and timeline changes.
Payments and invoices
Payment terms, deposits, milestones, and due dates should be listed in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Late payments may delay production, delivery, revisions, licensing, handover, or usage rights. Fees already paid may be non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Usage rights and ownership after payment
Client materials remain the property of the client or their licensors. Morph Studio retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, workflows, project files, prompts, systems, and know-how.
After full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights to final approved deliverables, subject to any third-party licenses, stock assets, platform rules, AI tool terms, and written usage limits.
Portfolio and showcase rights
Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing, Morph Studio may show completed or published work in its portfolio, website, social media, showreels, proposals, case studies, and sales materials.
We will avoid sharing private credentials, confidential strategy, unpublished sensitive materials, or private business data.
Third-party tools and platforms
Studio work may rely on third-party AI tools, design tools, editing software, music or stock libraries, hosting platforms, social media platforms, advertising platforms, analytics tools, and communication tools.
Third-party fees, licenses, outages, moderation decisions, policy changes, account restrictions, or output limits are outside our control unless specifically agreed otherwise.
No guarantee of ad performance
Morph Studio does not guarantee specific ad performance, reach, views, engagement, conversions, sales, revenue, platform approval, or audience response.
Creative production can support marketing efforts, but results depend on many factors outside our control, including offer, targeting, budget, timing, platform behavior, and market conditions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morph Studio and Morph Solutions are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, campaign losses, ad account issues, platform removals, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Termination
Either party may end a project according to the applicable proposal or agreement. The client remains responsible for approved work, completed work, expenses, third-party costs, and non-cancelable commitments up to the termination date.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, unless another jurisdiction is specified in a signed agreement between the parties.
